How much time should I allow for my suit to arrive?
It will ship out to you within 2 weeks. Please allow enough time to do proper fittings after you receive your suit.
How do I know what size to order?
There are 2 ways to do this:
1: We provide a size chart on every suit page so you may compare your measurements with the chart. We recommend getting measurements from a menswear store or tailor near you. However, you may confidently do this at home.
2: Our suits truly are European fitting, and we understand you may need assistance with ordering the correct size for you.
Once you have your measurements, including height and weight, please contact us (info at the bottom of this page) and our experienced staff will be happy to assist you in choosing the best size to fit your needs.
What is your return policy?
We do allow exchanges for size or color within 7 days. We want you to be happy with your suit. If you are not, please contact us for help, as we may be able to provide you with service to help the suit fit your needs without exchanging it. If you do need to exchange your suit, please contact us (info at the bottom of this page) and we will give you instructions for return. You will have 7 days to ship it back to us - meaning the tracking number on your return shipment needs to indicate that it was sent within 7 days of the receipt of the suit.
Conditions include: it needs to be unaltered (except hemmed by us), unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached to it as shipped. If the tags are removed, and the suit is worn, dirty, or altered, returns may be refused. Please contact us if you have questions.
What if I want the suit altered more than the free hem provided?
Everybody is a little different when it comes to fit. The best fitting suits often have alterations to fine tine the fit. Within a day or two of receiving your suit, please take the suit to your nearest menswear tailor for a proper fitting. If the tailor is confident you can achieve a good fit with alterations, then we suggest you do that. If the tailor cannot, please note the reasons why, and contact us (info at the bottom of this page) within 7 days of receiving the suit for size exchange possibilities.
I am getting married. Do you have group discounts?
Congratulations! We do offer group discounts for purchases of 4 or more suits. Please contact us and we will have a dedicated wedding specialist help you in your selection and provide you with a discount code for your purchase. (info at the bottom of this page)
